COVID-19: A Message to Customers

From a strong sense of obligation to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and Canadians at large in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to temporarily close all our stores as of end of business today, March 17

In light of the clear and strict recommendations of Canadian and provincial health officials for social distancing, we are compelled to act swiftly and decisively to combat the spread of COVID-19. Along with the collective governmental and societal efforts to contain this pandemic, we hope that this decision contributes to bringing us closer to putting this behind us, getting people back to work, and once again fully enjoying the relationships that we’ve nourished with Landlords, employees and customers.

As of this week, most office employees have been set up to work from home. We will continue to strictly follow the advice of medical professionals guiding Canadians through these perilous times, and will protect the health of everyone while keeping our community informed throughout. 

Please note, if you have a Ship to Store order currently en route or in our store awaiting pick up, our Customer Service Dept will be reaching out to you with options on your purchase.
Now is the time to be safe, be smart, and to take care of yourself, your family, and your friends. We are very hopeful and optimistic that with broad cooperation and prudence, this will pass and we will again be greeting customers in stores in the very near future.


Here are a few changes and updates we are implementing immediately:


All Comark brands – Bootlegger, Ricki’s, and Cleo – will be offering an extension to our typical 45-day return policy, until further notice. Items purchased in store or online beginning February 1, 2020 will be eligible as always, to receive a full refund, item(s) must be unworn with tag(s) attached and accompanied by the original receipt. All Comark brands have temporarily suspended the option of Ship to Store. Delivery to home is still available. We are monitoring current Ship to Store orders and will advise customers on a case by case basis.


Effective Tuesday, March 17 and until further notice, we will be offering free ground shipping to home on orders over $50.

As you know, this is a fast-moving situation and further updates will be communicated as they happen.
