At Bootlegger, no sale is ever final. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just drop by your nearest store and we'll look after you.
Your shipment comes with a packing slip that makes it quicker to process your return so please keep it in a safe place.

Shipping charges for the items to be returned to our warehouse are your responsibility. We recommend you ship your items back using a shipping method that allows for shipment tracking.
After the items you're returning have been received at our warehouse, credit card refunds will be automatically credited back to the credit card used to purchase the items. If you've paid by Paypal our customer service team will contact you to complete the refund.
If you've ordered the wrong size or are otherwise unhappy with the item you've received, we're happy to exchange it for you. Just drop by your nearest store and we'll look after you.
