Job Objective: To execute and maintain the visual presentation of the store.
Merchandise goods on the sales floor by following the written standards provided by the Visual Presentation Department Maintain the store’s appearance by following housekeeping standards Assist Visual Presentation training within the store by supporting the management team in the training and development of Associates Ensure new merchandise is properly placed on the sales floor in a timely manner Utilize proper signage for windows and displays throughout the store as per Home Office instructions and Visual Guidelines
Must possess strong visual presentation skills previously demonstrated within a retail environment Strong communication skills (written and oral) Management experience/skills are required, as well as the ability to successfully train others. Must be available to work a flexible schedule Regular travel may be required Physical requirements include standing and walking within the store, including frequent but not continuous medium effort to hang garments, handle merchandise fixtures, and work on ladders
