Located in beautiful Richmond, British Columbia, the Bootlegger Home Office is the hub of all support activity for our stores, including: buying, product development, visual, distribution, human resources, customer service, marketing and more.
Bootlegger is currently looking for a temporary Receptionist to provide efficient reception service in addition to administrative HR/Operations support. This is a one year contract.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include answering phones and redirecting calls, managing the front reception, greeting clients and visitors, booking rooms for meetings, organizing couriers, producing correspondence, reporting daily sales results, maintenance of the corporate directory, and setting up reports and presentations.
Qualifications
You should have a warm and welcoming personality, efficient management of time and priorities; have an eye for detail, as well as the proven ability to deal with a wide variety of situations and personalities in a professional, calm and consistently helpful manner. Requirements: -Business Administration Diploma or equivalent -2-year minimum of reception and administrative experience -Advanced knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook -Experience working in a retail setting is an asset -Excellent verbal and written communication -Proven strong organization and follow up skills -Experience with Mitel voicemail/messaging system an asset
