Buying Team Leader

Bootlegger Home office is currently searching for a Buying Team Leader to oversee our Men’s Buying Department.

Responsibilities

- Planning statistically and conceptually for short and long-range development of business (up to 18 months in advance). - Establishes merchandise assortment direction and marketing objectives for department - Maximizes profitability for the division as it relates to assigned department by producing positive results in areas of sales volume, gross profit, inventory turnover, and any other controllable elements of net profit. - As a buyer responsible for selecting and procuring the optimum assortment of goods that meet the needs of out Target Customer - Effectively manages reporting associates through proper training and development - Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years buying experience in a senior buying capacity - Excellent communication skills - Proven negotiation skills - Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated successful people development skills.
